Ingredients
2 cups seedless grapes (any variety)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional for added sweetness)
Popsicle sticks
Directions
- Wash and thoroughly dry the grapes.
- Thread 4-5 grapes onto each popsicle stick, leaving a bit of space at the bottom for holding.
- Mix Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup in a small bowl. Dip each grape skewer into the yogurt mixture, ensuring the grapes are evenly coated. You can also drizzle the yogurt mixture over the grapes for a lighter coating.
- Place the grape popsicles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure they are not touching each other.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours or until the grapes are fully frozen.
- Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the baking sheet and store them in a freezer-safe container or bag until ready to serve.
