Ingredients
1 cup olive oil
1/4 Lemon Juice
1/4 Apple Cider Vinegar
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tsp Honey
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 tsp onion salt
1/2 paprika
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried basil
Directions
- Mix the liquids: In a small bowl or jar, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar. Whisk or shake until they are well blended.
- Add the garlic and honey: Stir in the minced garlic and honey, mixing until the honey is fully dissolved.
- Incorporate the mustard and seasonings: Add the Dijon mustard, salt, onion salt, paprika, dried oregano, and dried basil to the liquid mixture. Whisk thoroughly to combine all ingredients.
- Shake or whisk until emulsified: Continue whisking or shaking the mixture until the dressing is smooth and well-emulsified.
- Taste and adjust: Taste the dressing and adjust the seasoning as needed, adding more salt or honey for sweetness, if desired.
- Store and serve: Transfer to a sealed container or jar and refrigerate until ready to use. Shake well before serving.
