Ingredients

  • 1 cup olive oil

  • 1/4 Lemon Juice

  • 1/4 Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 2 tsp Honey

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp dijon mustard

  • 1/2 tsp onion salt

  • 1/2 paprika

  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

  • 1/2 tsp dried basil

Directions

  • Mix the liquids: In a small bowl or jar, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar. Whisk or shake until they are well blended.
  • Add the garlic and honey: Stir in the minced garlic and honey, mixing until the honey is fully dissolved.
  • Incorporate the mustard and seasonings: Add the Dijon mustard, salt, onion salt, paprika, dried oregano, and dried basil to the liquid mixture. Whisk thoroughly to combine all ingredients.
  • Shake or whisk until emulsified: Continue whisking or shaking the mixture until the dressing is smooth and well-emulsified.
  • Taste and adjust: Taste the dressing and adjust the seasoning as needed, adding more salt or honey for sweetness, if desired.
  • Store and serve: Transfer to a sealed container or jar and refrigerate until ready to use. Shake well before serving.
