Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup ketchup

  •  2 tablespoons dill relish

  • 1 tablespoon dill pickle juice 

  • 1 teaspoon grated onion juice (grate onion on a microplane and squeeze out juice)

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  • Prepare the Ingredients: Grate the onion on a microplane and squeeze out the juice to get 1 teaspoon of onion juice. Measure out all other ingredients according to the quantities mentioned. 
  • Mixing the Sauce:  In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, dill relish, dill pickle juice, grated onion juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined. 
  • Seasoning: Taste the sauce and season with salt and pepper according to your preference.  Keep in mind that the dill relish and pickle juice already add some tanginess, so adjust salt and pepper accordingly. 
  • Chilling (Optional): For the best flavor, refrigerate the sauce for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together. However, you can use it immediately if you're short on time.
