Baked Chocolate Chip Breakfast Cookie

Ingredients
1/2 cup oats
1/2 banana ( the spottier the better!)
1 egg
1/4 cup milk of choice ( I use whole milk)
Large pinch of salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate chips
1 tbsp real maple syrup
Flakey Sea Salt
Directions
- Add all ingredients ( except chocolate chips) to a blender and blend until fully smooth & combined
- Pour batter into lightly greased Omie Snack Containers. These are oven-safe.
- Top with chocolate chips
- Bake at 350F for 20-23 minutes. Insert a toothpick to make sure it's done.
- Sprinkle with flakey sea salt. Enjoy!
